Logistics & Facilities Volunteer
- Set-up Crew → Tables, tents, signage, rope barriers.
- Tear-down Crew → Pack up after event.
- Parking / Traffic Flow → Direct teams and spectators where to park.
- First Aid Support (if you don’t already have EMTs onsite — at least one trained person + kit).
We will make every effort to assign you your preferred role. This is on a first come-first served basis, and we reserve the right to re-assign based on need, availability and ability to carry out the assigned tasks.
